I'm a pre-sales / go-to-market AI Solutions Engineer who builds and ships GenAI, RAG and agentic AI applications. My focus is translating technical capability into clear customer value — scoping the right problem, building a working demo fast, and standing behind the engineering through to live production.
I graduated with a First Class integrated MSc in Computer Science from Lancaster University, finishing in the top 5% of my year.
The Hatchery
Designed, built and shipped an internal innovation platform with integrated AI agents for idea submission, triage and progress tracking. Took it from proof-of-concept to a live tool now used daily by 20 staff across the company.
Regulatory Monitoring
Scoped a regulatory-monitoring use case directly with the customer and built a working proof-of-concept — a UI with AI agents that surface and summarise news and social-media alerts on regulated banks. The demo advanced the engagement to a deal now in progress.
Supply-Chain Cost Leakage
Built a proof-of-concept and demo UI showing how AI agents could detect and help reduce supply-chain cost leakage — delivered for a customer scoping session on a multi-day turnaround.
GTM Dashboard
Built a dashboard consolidating Jira, Confluence and internal spreadsheet data into a single view, with AI agents automating routine reporting and surfacing deeper insights for the GTM team.
Legislation RAG Chatbot
Built an internal RAG chatbot in Python to cut the time the Policy & Consulting team spent querying UK packaging legislation. Ran structured experiments on chunking, embeddings and prompt design to push answer accuracy higher.
Climate Argument Classification
Master's research applying RAG-based LLMs to real business problems and evaluating retrieval accuracy; earlier undergraduate work used LLMs to classify climate-change arguments.
